Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your booking please contact us as soon as possible. You will be charged the full booking price if you cancel with less than 4 weeks notice. If we rebook your property we will refund you what you have paid less your deposit. If you book another date any deposit paid can be used for a later booking.
No smoking in the cabins or cottage
Pets allowed in Birch cabin and burnside cottage
Check-in after 4pm
(there can be exceptions, please email if you wish to check-in earlier)
